DQI LEADER KEY (ONE KEY PER DQI ASSESSMENT)
$2,500 per key - A key allows for an unlimited number of respondents to complete the DQI questionnarie within a 10 day period. You provide the certified DQI Facilitator or Trailblazer. A DQI Scorecard will automatically be produced based upon common guidelines.
It is suggested that the DQI be run on a project a minimum of five times from inception/conception through until a period of six months after completion of the project (post-occupancy)
